Daily remedies from your Kitchen cabinet!

Sore Throat– Mix a pinch of Black pepper in a tablespoon of Honey. Take it 3-4 times a day.

Laryngitis– Mix 2-3 drops of fresh Ginger juice, a pinch of Black pepper in a tablespoon of Honey.   Easier to triple this recipe in a bowl with 3-4 tablespoons of Honey. Take one teaspoon 3-4 times a day.

Indigestion- Drink Mint tea.

Nausea & Vomiting– Boil freshly sliced Ginger in cup of water for 5 minutes. Slowly sip the fresh ginger tea.

Tired Eyes– Put cold sliced fresh cucumber on eyes and rest.

Tooth pain– Put Clove oil on it or chew and hold a small clove between the teeth.

Inflammation– Have Turmeric powder in your food everyday or take capsules.

Kidney Cleanse- Boil 2 bunches of Parsley until its half its quantity. Squeeze all juice out of the parsley. Drink one cup of this parsley tea everyday until juice finishes.
